When I pulled up there were 3 cars (1 in front of me and 2 on the other in lane) The lane I was in seemed to be moving quicker when the young boy got this bright idea to play musical cars and had everybody move which resulted me being moved to a different lane and waiting even more. You work on cars and then not own up to the things you do. My family came in received an oil change your team members left the cap off and now he is having to putchase a new car because of something you won't own up to. Called your store no resolution, Call corporate no resolution, so I suggest he takes measures in his on hands and call the BBB or take legal action. Went to Valvoline in Springfield and they charged me 110 dollars for an oil changed and screwed up my car. I now may have to have a new transmission b/c of their wanna be mechanics. NEVER EVER GO THERE
So.....I takes my car to Valvoline yesterday to get an oil change for my trip to Detroit...(deep sigh). Today as I'm driving my car shuts down smoking and jerking, because the Basic Oil Change was improperly done and locked up my engine.Did I mention I was tryna get to my grieving family?! #ThanxValvoline #IThankGod #CouldHaveBeenWorse
Coasted in with car problems, and while they couldn’t fix it, they were super nice and helpful and Michael, the manager, allowed me to park my car there until I could get it towed.
