You charged my 19 year old son $94 for an oil change! Shame on you for taking advantage of him!
I went there for an oil change and when it was time for another I went to the Ford dealership. After waiting for almost 2 hours they told me after Valvoline changed my oil they put the wrong size drain plug in and trying to take it out stripped the oil Pan. So I drove to valvoline and told them what had happened so they went under and said they fixed it free of charge. Brandon the manager is prick. Drained my oil before discussing the price. I didn't know he did that until I decided I didn't want to pay the price shown. He said oh well you have been here before so I thought you knew. No I don't sit around and know the price of oil off the top of my head so I don't know how much it is. I had no choice but to let them finish as it had already been drained. What choice did I have. Then tried to sell me a higher scale oil and light bulbs and a air filter for 25 bucks. I was just in tonight with an antsy 3 year old in the car & I have to say I'm impressed! Jesse was awesome when I called (at 5:50) about using an old Groupon (that was expired and they still honored $20) and informed me that they were busy, but they would do what they could to get me in if I came tonight! I waited, but not long considering how busy they were.
