As a young lady, it’s sometimes uncomfortable to go into a mechanic shop, but that’s not the case at Valvoline in East Ridge. Matt, the manager , remembered me from my last visit. He even remembered my occupation as as on-air radio personality and traffic reporter. You can tell he’s just a genuine, nice person. He explained everything going on in a way that I could easily understand and all the other guys in the bay were just as helpful! Thank you for making my errand bearable.
We went to get an oil change today. The guys said they couldn’t open my hood and I should take it to a body shop. I took my car to my father in law’s. He opened the hood just fine so they lied because they didn’t want to service a car. I’ll be taking my car somewhere else tomorrow.
Showed up late, really needed an oil change and they had no problem helping me at the end of their day. Told me some stuff I already knew needed to be done and nothing extra at that time. I had a great experience and they were very professional. GO DAWGS!!!
