I had a mixed experience here. The oil change itself was quick, and the technician who assisted me was helpful and professional. However, the next morning my check engine light came on. When I popped the hood, I noticed one of the screws on my engine air filter cap was loose — and I hadn’t approved any work on the filter. I returned to the shop, but the manager didn’t take much time to investigate. I later saw another review mentioning a similar issue, which raised some concerns for me.
