I as well as my father and girlfriend used to be customers. They changed my transmission oil and a month later it went out costing me $2,000.00 dollars. When I called management, both store manager and district manager ignored my please for help and told me it was my fault. They just lost 3 customers. Being a business owner myself, I'm appalled at the lack of care for their customer. Undertrained and poor customer service.
