This location provides excellent service! They were very busy but made sure to always communicate to me the progress.

Stopped there for a NYS Inspection for my 2003 Landrover Discovery. No other cars there just four guys standing in the bay talking. One guy came out to my vehicle and asked if I had a socket for the lug nuts. I told him no. He said they do not work on land rovers because they do not have a socket that fits the lug nuts. I told him I had the factory tire iron and he replied they will only use a impact gun. Keep in mind the socket is just a standard 1 1/16th socket and an auto parts store is 1 block away. There should be 0! Can't break something and lie...police report filed!
I went here for a routine oil change. They stated my Serpentine Belt needed to be changed. It took them over an hour to do so. They also took off the tire, which is something my normal mechanic never has had to do. Once I drove away, the alignment was INCREDIBLY off. I drove it back and had to wait over 45 minutes to be seen again. Incompetent. Do not go here.
