They broke my fiancé and I’s cars the exact same way during a simple oil change. I had to jump through hoops to get them to reimburse. I would never in a billion years let them touch your car. Support local mechanics.

I like the employees but the manager AL was publicly berating his employees in front on customers, and made me feel very uncomfortable. I thought it was a fluke ,( I went to the vestal location) but then I went to the Binghamton one and he was there too, doing THE SAME thing to the those employees. not good business, especially since I've only ever seen all of those guys bust their butts all day.
We waited in line for 40 minutes the people in front of us got out of line and went into another after being told to stay in the line we were in because they were inpatient. We were next to go in and we were told we couldn’t and they backed up the entire line so the other people could go first. The customer service at this place sucks. No wonder they get so many bad reviews for customer service. They won’t be receiving my business again.
Absolutely best service from these guys! I came in with a car problem yesterday, and Matt, Travis, and another guy (whose name I can't remember, Im sorry!) were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond expectation to make sure I was taken care of. Will absolutely be coming back again!
Love the speed and all the things they check as part of an oil change. What I don't like is once you're in line there is no way out until you're near the front of it.
The worse customer service. I was forced to switch line being told bay 1 was inspection only, but now the guy is changing oils. I’ve waited an additional 20 mins because of this. When I said something to the lady forced me to switch she shrugged her shoulders and said oh well!! Wow!!! They have gone down hill fast.
Excellent service!! Was freezing and employees were in it to win it . Straight up 100 stars . I will be back
