I have a Kia Sorento and had my oil changed on my brand new vehicle. The car has a 20 Bolts on its skid plate. And Valvoline didn't put all the bolts back. I noticed the problem as it was dragging on the highway on my drive to Cincinnati this past weekend. We had to zip tie the plate back up so that we could drive home safely. So I am sitting at the here at the Kia dealership where I have to pay for new bolts to put the shield back on properly. But the shield is damaged on y brand new Sorento. Good service. Fast service. My only problem was that my license plate light was out and the screws were stripped. They couldn't help. Other than that I have nothing but good experiences.
