The Valvoline Instant Oil Change in North Olmsted stripped my oil pan and refuses to take responsibility for it. They fed me multiple contradictory excuses for why it happened, as follows: - It was stripped last time you were here. - I didn't work here at that time. - We change the plug out every time. - We didn't change the plug out last time because the pan was stripped. - I don't know why it wasn't marked on the paperwork as damaged. - I don't know why we didn't tell you it was stripped. - Maybe the garage that changed yo... read more

You guys need to inform the Ohio DMV or somehow let people know that E-checks aren't performed here anymore. I wasted a trip out there today just to find out that this service was discontinued only yesterday without any notice beforehand.
The guys here are so incredibly kind and funny. Newly divorced mom of 4, know nothing about cars... they were so helpful and even interacted exceptionally with my little ones. Really happy with my experience.
