These people are the nicest people. I felt so welcome. I ended up being a couple dollars short, and was starting to get really embarassed that I couldn't come up with $4...the people there were so sweet. They took care of it! It goes to show there are still people in this world that care. I'll be going back again and again!
Great group right here. Fast friendly service!!!! Don't push up sales on you but bring everything you need to know to your attention. Just like they should be. Great job guys and lady! Hats off to you and a great job done!
I hate two things, mowing the grass and getting an oil change. Mowing every week,week after week for no reason and waiting endless hours to get an oil change. Just got a new truck and thinking it would be an hour at least, stopped in and was out in no time. Friendly people at the Salem location and FAST.....I loved the fast ,friendly service and also didn't cost me an arm and leg.....I loved it...satisfied
I travel a lot. Every month and a half I am getting my oil changed. They are always friendly and make you feel like they appreciate your business. I have zero complaints so far.
I want to give it zero stars. STAY AWAY. They damaged my car and refuse to reimburse me for getting it fixed.
