They changed my oil. When I got it home it was leaking out the oil filter. They wouldn't fix it. They even called the cops on me cause I wanted my money back. The crews are rude and have no knowledge of a simple oil change.
You all are a disgrace for overcharging people & taking advantage of the mentally disabled!!!! Shame on You & MAY GOD HAVE MERCY WHEN YALL GET 2 THOSE PEARLY GATES OR ARE EVER IN NEED B4 YA MAKE IT THERE

Excellent service. You get in and out fast. I didn’t feel pressured. They just offered what was available and what might be needed and the decision was up to us. Competitive prices.
After what I'm seeing about this disabled couple, I will never bring my car there. My family is still in Roanoke and inwill advise them to never go there again either.
These people will take advantage of you in a heartbeat!!! They should not even be in business!!! They should be ashamed of what they do to people epically those with special needs!!!!
