The mechanic valvoline sent me to told me they have messed up ten cars with messed up oil plugs in the last several months!
Been going here for 3 years.. I go there any time I need an oil change because you cant beat the service. So helpful, and incredibly friendly!!! I had a small issue one time about a year back, and it was resolved immediately.. So even since then I will continie to return because I felt like my business to them was important. Customer service is 5 stars here.
How does an oil change shop botch an oil change? I don't know, but the crew at Valvoline on Merrimon does. Got the oil changed on the Prius five days ago, and the crankcase has been leaking ever since. My garage floor is a mess! And the clown running the place today refuses to stand by their work. Been coming here for >10 years, but no more. Avoid!!!
We had to stop here on our way home to MI for new brakes, they were great very friendly. Didn't try to yodel me anything.

Totally ripped me off on a brake job. Was told I needed new rotors and when I asked how much they said $80. Knowing I could get them turned for $30 or buy new ones online for $50. But I said yes because it was convenient. When they were done the bill was $300 and when I asked why they said the rotors were $80 each! Don't go here, total rip off!
Staff are super nice. I guess bank robbers can be nice to. They'll scam you, upsell and rip you off. Terrible place. Went there for ten years, then my wife went one time and they gave her a change on some fluid for a part that was clearly leaking. That'll be $80 please. Ugh!! If I could, zero stars would be here
Most expensive oil change of my life! The staff was very nice though, and quick.
