Super nice! The wait was longer than I wanted but they checked in with me to let me know how much longer it would be. The techs were fast and soo friendly. It's been a while since I have experience customer service at this level. #outstanding

Waited for over an hour, was moved from behind a car, and they let FOUR cars go in front of us. Called the store after and then the manger argued with my husband about how long we waited. When a white car, then a gold car, and a green van went before us after we had been moved from behind the original car. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Absolutely disrespectful, and will never be back. Contacting corporate now.
I had a bit of a wait, but I went when they were pretty busy. Once they got to my car, they were really quick and polite. I appreciate that. Also, I had no problem using a coupon I printed online.
Awful experience. Stripped my plug then lied to me about it. They redeemed my Groupon then refused to issue a credit to me. More to this story but i had an AWFUL experience.
