RecommendedHands down best service ever!! Professional, courteous, skilled... and the team diversity was amazing! I usually do my own oil changes and maintenance to save money, but these ppl were just so great... everything they did was so fluid and choreographed, the communication was great... felt like I was at a raceway pit stop lol. well done:)

Normally I go somewhere else but decided to stop at the sam Ridley location tonight. I’m glad I did Bc a young lady named Charla (sorry if I slandered your name) was taking care of me and she is so polite and very informative. All the employees I had help assist me were very nice. I believe one of the gentleman’s name was Josh and I didn’t catch the other two. Thank y’all so much. I will be back!
Gotta give a huge shout out to Danny at Valvoline on Sam Ridley in Smyrna. I went there last week for an oil change and some debris got in the line when the air filter was taken out. Fast forward to this morning, where my car decides not to run. Call them to complain about the filter, and he immediately offers to come to me to replace the filter and try and figure out what was wrong. Waited forever, didn't take cars in the order of arrival. When I tried to talk about it, person became defensive and argumentative.
I came here to get a oil change because it was a lil closer. I usually get my oil change at my dealership where I got my Jeep at I pay $68 for oil change and tire rotation at the Jeep dealership I was thinking well maybe the oil here is $40 at valvoline right? Wrong they charged me $100 for a simple oil change ! If I were you guys just go to your dealership where you bought your car it’s cheaper and they take care of you since you got a car from them
Excellent customer service. Chip and Josh helped me today. Answered all of my questions, and were time efficient, will definitely be back! Chip went above and beyond to help me calibrate my tire pressure which has been a mystery to everyone I’ve taken it to for six months now! I appreciate the extra time and attention to detail.
