Serious BS. I make an “appointment” a week ago for an oil change and inspection because that’s the new police, screw your regular customers, only to show up this morning to be told the inspection guy called in sick. I get that he called in but what’s the point of making an appointment and TAKING MY PHONE NUMBER only to wait until I get there to tell me I can’t get my inspection. How about a phone call?? I get the oil changed in all my cars there and this is the treatment???Go screw. That’s 4 cars you lost.

I took my Smokey and the Bandit Black Trans am there for an inspection. Everyone there liked the car. Upon leaving it would not start. The employees were very generous and helpful in getting it started. I'll have to get my own filters and zinc additives. An essential item for this car due to its age. I feel comfortable with my car here because they are car guys too

I usually get my oil changed at the dealer ship but I couldn't wait for an appointment so I went here & after they changed my oil, driving home I turned my AC on & i could hear rattling through my vents. My car isn't even a year old. Never going back.

I had the BEST experience at the Valvoline on Rte. 9, next to Buffalo Wild Wings! The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and EXTREMELY polte! I'm DEFINITELY going back and recommending to my friends!
