First and last time I will be going there... they charged me 123.00 just for a oil change, and filter change ...they never told me how much was an oil change till they were done with it.... this is ridiculous I usually pay 49.00 dólar for an oil change.... I will never do business there...

Great job draining my transmission fluid and overfilling my oil guys and then doing absolutely nothing to deal with my damage claim. Valvoline Instant Oil Change (2498 Cascade Avenue, Hood River, OR) Never going here again!

I visited the Frisco location back in August based upon their positive reviews but apparently that was a terrible decision. I went for a quick 15-minute oil change per their motto that turned into a 6-month long nightmare. I went early morning before work hoping to receive a quick and efficient service but that did not happen.
