I take my 2010 Toyota sienna 100,000 mile only to valvoline oil change many times and made me loose my engine . I vented my misfortune on Facebook the valvoline co. sends an employee and checks the van and final answer it's not valvoline oil fault it's another establishment down memory lane you changed oil with, so my interpretation is if I ate a burger at M today and got sick ,I can only blame BK when I ate their burger two years ago. WOW. Thanks a million employee I need a legal challenge against your theory.
