Horrible customer service. They swear at their customers and have terrible hygiene.

Big THANK YOU to Louie for rescuing me this morning!! We had our oil and transmission fluid changed less than 2 weeks ago. And all the air filters. We had been caught in the forest fires in Gatlinburg and wanted to make sure everything was fresh and clean. Yesterday, we began having trouble with shifting and sluggishness.
