I've been going to this exact location for 12+ years. It used to be great! My wife's car recently had the oil filter housing unit damaged by some kid who over torqued the filter. I opened a case. Spent $1k on getting it repaired. The mechanic shop even put in the notes that this was likely caused by valveoline over torquing the filter. Jaquiam, service manager, came to my house. I want to give a special shoutout to Agness and the team handling myself and vehicle today! My AC went out on a 95 degree July day and when I came in (prego and sweaty) she offered me a cold water and to sit inside in the AC while they did an oil change and inspected my vehicle. Although unable to fix my ac bc of the system I have they offered suggestions as to other places/options to get me by today! Thankful for their assistance and going that extra step to make me feel more comfortable
