Horrible customer service!!!! Tried to accuse me of presenting a "fake" coupon that came out of a local coupon book from a school fundraiser! I'm a HUGE believer of great customer service and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!
While waiting unusually long, two paying customers left with no service. My bay, was servicing an employee's car. At noon. Wont go back! Waisted my whole lunch hour.
Service is really slow and not worth the 45-minute wait just to get passed up by somebody that came after you.
They stripped a bolt and acknowledged it was done by them. They refused to helped at least replace it with one I bought and told me hey can remove it but I have to get my oil changed by them. If you are going to damage a part or something on someone's car then replace it or make it right. I didn't as for a new bolt I just wanted the new I bought put once at least the old one loosened. This was the second time they have left the oil filter loose causing an oil leak on one of our cars. I can't believe that I gave them a second chance. Never again. Don't take you car here.

Don the manager is very rude and condescending to female customers. Last time I got my oil changed Valvoline employee stripped the oil plug. So I was told to take it out to Don in Lee's Summit. I asked him how it works in regards to getting the plug out, & he went under the car, said, "how's this even possible?" Asked for tools from up top, car shook, then after 5 minutes he came up and said, " they are just lazy, I got it out ".
