If your going to offer a service you should probably make sure your technicians know what they are doing. Had my lightbulbs replaced and there are finger prints ALL over the bulbs. Not to mention they broke my plug and now I’m having to pay to have it fixed.
I went in for a "top off" on New Year's Eve and they told me it was full. 2 days later, my engine was ruined due to 5 quarts low and cost me $7500. They claim not liable but this was due to their negligence. I'm seeking legal representation as we speak
