I have brought my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder to you location on SR 70, Bradenton Fl. Many times and I was very pleased. I took my girl friends 2002 Mazda, used a blended oil 4 quarts and a filter and it cost me $68.00, my Pathfinder at my Nissan dealer cost me $36.00 same out only 5 quarts and filter. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN, FOR NO REASON. Not good or very good, very POOR.
I'm a huge fan of great customer service and nice people in general and I have to give shoutouts - Michael and the guys at Valvoline today rocked it! Ridiculously fast, didn't try to sell me a bunch of random stuff AND he kept calling me Miss Kelly. Love it!

Horrible customer service and rude argumentative techs. Paid 100.00 for a synthetic oil change, which is supposed to be good for 6k mi. Im at 3400mi and they tell me I have to pay 10.00 for a 1q topoff because it's over 3k. Even the sticker says 6k.They just lost 11 car
