So earlier today my truck broke down on I75 near Riverview. I had my oil change just before getting on I75. What looked to be and smell like oil was everywhere and good ole red was immobile. The two area reps from valvoline drove up to meet me on i75 and figure out the problem. It was infact a transmission hose that blew and nothing to do with oil. Horrible follow up in dealing with a problem resulting from their error. I have oil all over my paver driveway. I made 6 separate attempts to resolve it, each with a promise for a response from the DM. 3 months later and nothing! Zero Stars.
