to not mess up my filter on my car where I end up spending more money to fix my car because employees aren't trained properly. I should be refunded for my trouble, because it was very inconvenient for me to have to run out and get my car looked at because something was wrong that Valvoline employee caused.

Went to Valvoline to get my oil changed today and had such a pleasant experience. The manager, Brittany, was very considerate and hands-on working right next to her employees, the employees all seemed happy to be there and they were all very friendly. And this wasn't the first time I've noticed this. I always go there for my oil changes and not once have I left feeling stupid, or feeling like they were rude or hateful. I highly recommend Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Bosley Rd.
Excellent top-notch service. I will def be bringing my service here. Very thorough and helpful. They did a fantastic job on restoring my headlights to brand new condition.
