I overpaid for a fully synthetic oil change that they recommended me changing in 3k miles. They removed the skid plate but failed to properly reattach it. I went back, they said it was fixed and it wasn't. I had to go to a proper mechanic and make 2 trips after an oil change to get my car back to normal. Don't waste your time here, they do NOT care.
First time at a Valvoline today, but my experience was 10/10! I was working and in a rush, came by and asked the nice workers (Brandi & Matt) to help with a flashing oil light. They got my vehicle all fixed up in just a few minutes and made sure to explain every thing they did before they did it. Brandi even told me where to find a coupon code online to save me a few dollars as I was waiting. I only get my oil changed at valvoline. These guys are always so fast, fun, and very helpful. They were out of my filter, and since I didn't want to go to 54, they called over to that location, and a employee leaving for the day offered to bring my filter to this location. That is customer service!!! And that's why I keep coming back!
