went there for an oil change ...never agine... was still in the dock and he had me start my car after the oil change .and my check engine light came on .. the manager got rude with me for telling him .to make a long story short they broke the oil filter housing .. so a $53 oil change is costing me $450 . they refused to pay for the repairs required. on my car .

Absolute JOKE!!!!! Went & had an oil change not even a MONTH ago, had BOTH windshield wipers replaced well one broke & flew off (passenger side) sat in line waiting over an HOUR to be told they screwed up & only put in that they replaced the driver side & we were turned away saying “they could do nothing about it” we will take our business else where with reliable services!!! Excellent and professional staff
They don’t honor their word on prices, have a person that can’t figure money with coupons on the register/computer. Say one thing and backpedal in the next breath that they didn’t say what they had just said. Try to charge for items promised were free(filters) and are not friendly when they get confused figuring prices.
The full synthetic oil change is $10 per qt. Plus about $40 service fee for my F250.
The Fairview location was very busy. For some reason the second bay was shut down, with five cars waiting in line. An associate came out to fill the spot on an empty bay with a car a customer dropped off. After waiting over an hour for an oil change I was very upset at this turn of events. Dear management staff, at least come out and explain what is happening and have some courtesy. I joined the seven other drive offs. I will never be back.
