I thought the young woman who was speaking with me was helpful, professional and informative. She did a wonderful job despite the oppressively hot weather that day! I believe another tech performed work under the car in the bay. Service and recommendation was done in less than twenty minutes and I was impressed by how quickly I was in and out. Thank you! Will definitely visit Valvoline again in the future!
Mechanics were very patient, polite and helpful, friendly and professional and explained everything to me clearly
The guys that were working on my vehicle Nate and Star(I think that’s what they called him) were rude, swearing and cussing the whole time! Pissed about my car having skid plates, taking my car all apart to realize my filter is above the engine. I have a Range Rover. The guy would not listen to me or look when I said every where I have been does it all from above! Very disappointed! The language is disgusting!
Went for NYS inspection on 6/24/25,was told at about 8:15 am there was no one there to do inspection. Asst. Manager said he tried to call employee that was supposed to come in with no answer from employee. This is a terrible way to have your business run. I have been a customer for years but this was the last straw, will be finding another place for my business
