Never will I take my vehicle to Valvoline again. The convenience is certainly NOT worth $50 extra that other places provide. Customer care will advise that you go to their website to retrieve discounts and coupons to make up for it. Very dissatisfied. The appointment and hour spent at a dealership is well worth it.

I love it! They always treat me great and not pushy by any means.
They were the last ones to change my oil. I went to go change my oil myself today. They tighten the drain plug so tight that it is now stripped there is no need to have a drain plug tightened that tight absolutely terrible will never be back and I will let corporate know. I'm not the only one this is happen to.
