I have used this location for the past 10+ years and I have never had an issue! For the last year, I was using another location because it was closer to my new home, but the last visit was below satisfaction so I brought my car back here and they took care of everything! I highly recommend this shop for your car needs, they always treat you right!
Worst service. Got here at 7:45 am. There was one car in the bay in front of me. Guy told me about 15 20 mins. I had no problem waiting. 30 mins go by and I'm starting to lose my patience. But I kept calm and waited. Long story short. It became 8:45 am. One hour later still nobody came out to tell me anything. I had to go inside and ask what the wait is and they tell me their internet is down. WHAT THE HELL. I would have left from the start if I knew that. Poor service valvoline.
Great, fast, and easy service. In and out in no time! Carlos did a great job explaining what was being done- made recommendations to next steps that I could do with my vehicle to optimize performance but did not oversell or push too hard. Overall, very good experience.
Waited over an hour for an oil change. still three cars ahead of me. Come on. How long does it really take to do a damn oil change

Just got turned away for an oil change at 6:30 pm when the place closes at 7:00 pm. Very poor customer service. Will not spend my hard earned money here.
