Do not use valvoline!!!!! I went in yesterday to get my oil changed. They broke a part on my car and refuse to fix it. It is costing me 500 dollars plus tax and a 220 dollar tow. I hope you feel real good about yourselves ripping people off instead of making it right!!!!!!!!!

They passed my car for inspection with two rear tires worn all the way down to the tread and a broken rotted out suspension
First time I came here they never reset the oil change light. Second time I waited over 2 hours for my car to get an oil change and inspection. Staff did not tell me there was a 45 minute wait between the oil change and the inspection. Also they tried up selling me on multiple things for the oil change and I witnessed them do that to 2 other customers in the lobby too. It sounded like they had a script to read off regarding getting people to purchase other services. I will never return here again.

Pretty amazed at the shady service provided today. My girlfriend went in to your store today for an oil change and when the lube tech dropped the drainplug gasket into the pit he proceeded to try and charge her saying she needed a whole new plug and gasket. Luckily she knows a hint of Spanish and picked up Mostafa and carlos's conversation about said drain plug and when she called them out on it they quickly changed their stance. Not sure how you guys run your business but we will have no part of it.
I can not say enough good things about this shop. I got a coupon so I went in for an oil change and everyone was so nice. I pulled right in and it took 10 mins. Then I came back to get a new battery and again the people were so nice and I didn’t have to get out of my car! Perfect for a busy mom with 2 kids! I will be back again!!!!
