First and last time I will be going there... they charged me 123.00 just for a oil change, and filter change ...they never told me how much was an oil change till they were done with it.... this is ridiculous I usually pay 49.00 dólar for an oil change.... I will never do business there...

OMG! There are NO words to describe the gratitude I have for the employees at this Valvoline Instant Oil Change located at 105 E Loop 281 in Longview on Sunday, Oct 6, 2019... There were 3 ladies working the hood / garage area. My daughter and I pulled in for an oil change, a few minutes after we got out of the car, we were standing in the garage and my daughter fainted and literally, went down to the ground... Beth was so nice and gave me the best compliment she is amazing. They were quick and efficient too.
This was my first visit here after trying Peters, where I normally go and they told me they couldn’t get me in until next week, and 2 other places that were booked and couldn’t get me in for hours. I spent about 30 minutes here and the customer service was the BEST without a doubt!! I definitely will be back again!!
Hailey said turn your engine on then yelled turn it off..... thought she was talking to me.So she said mamma turn your car on..I said you said turn it off...didn't know who she was telling at. Then rudely said "Get her gone" Never again will I go here and it's been my favorite place.
Y'all, most streamline inspection ever... I bet I wasn't there 5 minutes! Took me longer to pull my silly insurance card online! Haha. I did everything from my car for the technician! Im kinda bummed that I didn't get to read my book I brought to pass the time! 🤣 But seriously, Chris was awesome!
