Went in for an oil change today and I realize I don’t drive a brand new vehicle but when I got home I realized this is how they left my truck when they were done. Oil and grease smeared all over the front end. Nice place.
The waiting area is the worst I have ever seen! The chairs are disgusting, the floor is filthy, and the walls and counter need a complete paint job. TV is missing and there is another paint color. "Service First" here I come!

UNPROFESSIONAL - Let's start there. Employees goofing around in front of the customers like unsupervised children. Drove my truck like they stole it during the inspection and slammed on my brakes so hard it caused the stability sensor to go off! A customer's vehicle should not be treated like a race car during an inspection! So disrespectful. I don't know why your staff even gives an estimated time for oil changes. I'm always told 20 or 30 minutes and it takes an hour at least. This place has gone to crap the past year or so. Not sure what happened.
