I usually change my own oil and filter. I was way overdue and short on time so I stopped in and had my oil and filter changed. Now time to change my oil again only to find that Valvoline used a little filter instead of the recommended filter. Had a heck of a time getting this silly little filter off. I won't be back again. I paid almost $100 for this fully synthetic old change and I expected better than this.
I just popped in quick b/c my tail light was out & Mike saved me by tightening the wires so I didn't have to head to a mechanic shop! Thankful for the people at this Valvoline. They are always extremely kind and helpful. Always looking out for the customer. It is rare now-a-days! A great stop to make when you have to. Great team there �
