Horrible they messed up on an oil change the car is leaking oil and they say they don’t want to fix it at the dealership!

I am beyond impressed by you guys' excellent service. I was assisted by Jacob and he was phenomenal. I was nervous because it has always been my husband who does oil change and all vehicle related maintenance and stuff. Jacob helped me and didn't make me feel bad not knowing how to go about with the oil change that I have never done before. Great job Valvoline North Oak! I highly recommend them!
