Have used this place many times before. Not ever as friendly or complete as they were today. The Ladies were friendly, courteous and we completely were happy with her work. Keep up the good work! About time they have Ladies in there. They got us right in and out in no time. HIGHLY recommend.
I waited in line for an hour before someone came outside to tell us 2 mechanics had called in sick & it would be another hour! A waste of time!
They let people who came after me go before me!! Not first time. Rude worker shook his head in disgust with me when I said something. Waited over an hour and they were not even busy.

I was there for emissions test on 9/19 with Saturn Vue was failed as "check engine light burned out." HOWEVER my car has "Service Engine Soon" light not a stupid picture of an engine! ALSO tech did not know that you have to push the CLUTCH all the way in to start. Training of technicians is highly recommended!!!! I will never be back!
Husband went before work for an emissions test. Arrived 10 mins before they opened. Left 15 minutes AFTER the time they were due to open because NOBODY was there!!!
Never had a problem before today. Took my Jeep in for an oil change. I got a block away before i realized the oil pressure was zero on the gauge. Went back and they showed me that there was oil in the car.Okay. Mgr suggested it may be a switch. It is an older car so I said okay. Went home, checked where the switch was and checked my car. THE SWITCH IS BROKEN. SNAPPED INTO TWO PIECES. THE GUYS WHO WORKED ON MY CAR HAD TO KNOW. IT SITS RIGHT ABOVE THE OIL FILTER THEY CHANGED TODAY. I usually go here but never again. They messed up my car. Now filing a claim & will ask to review cameras if they even have them. I will not let it go. Also be sure to share & let as many people as possible know to not go there.!
