They don't honor their own website coupons or emailed promotional coupons. I went to the Temple location and after a bad experience (waiting 45mins for car in front of me to move) still drove to Belton to Valvoline. They sent me to a corporate location to redeem any coupons they offer online or email customers. I'll just start going to Gorilla Lube down the street from me in Temple.
I've been coming here for over 20 years and they always rock it! Solid people doin a solid job. Love ya'll.
