I'd first like to say that I have been taking my cars (multiple) here for years and never have had a problem before now. I had an oil change at this Valvoline on 11/29/25 at 12:44 PM. At the time, one technician appeared to be training another. My car had no oil leaks before this visit, and I am a repeat customer. Within days, another shop found an oil leak when they were changing my diff fluids.
