I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Valvoline Express Care in Athens, GA. We brought my girlfriend’s car in for what should have been a routine, simple oil change. Instead, their negligence caused serious engine issues. During the service, they removed a tube that is specific to her vehicle’s oil filter housing and failed to reinstall it, likely discarding it. Great group of people.
Such kind staff! They helped reconnect a front blinker light that another location forgot to reconnect after changing my fuel filter. I appreciated the no charge and their calm, friendly demeanor!
Anthony was very professional & respectful. I had my oil & filter change and it was done in about 15mins. I will definitely be going back to get some additional work done.
