I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Valvoline Express Care in Athens, GA. We brought my girlfriend’s car in for what should have been a routine, simple oil change. Instead, their negligence caused serious engine issues. During the service, they removed a tube that is specific to her vehicle’s oil filter housing and failed to reinstall it, likely discarding it. Such kind staff! They helped reconnect a front blinker light that another location forgot to reconnect after changing my fuel filter. I appreciated the no charge and their calm, friendly demeanor!
