I will never take my car back to this place again. They tried to sell me tons of extra service on my car when I went in for a routine oil change (including things that had been done recently and did not need to be done). After I declined, my car suddenly would not start. It turned out that my 9 month old starter would not work and it tested fine at the local auto part store (there was new damage to one end of the starter so it could not make a connection when trying to start the engine).
