Worst experience I've EVER had with a vendor for my business of 5 years. Their service is atrocious. Systems and customer portals are clunky at best. Customer support is non-existent. They charge you for every little thing they can. Everyone - literally everyone - we talked to associated with their company had the air to the interaction that "they were doing us a favor by even talking to us." Worst customer service I have ever seen. Sold a business and keep getting charged a monthly service charge of $49.99 a month. Have sent several emails and copies of bank statements. This has been going on for 8 months. As well, the transition to the new owners was a terrible experience. New owners gift cards were unavailable for several weeks the sale date. Bad, Bad, Bad.

Stay away!! Worst customer service! Spent hours on hold, didn't receive call backs, never responded to emails. Gave them 30+ days notice of termination of contract and they dropped us immediately, causing us to go days without gift cards as we were forced to activate our new processor prematurely.
