This is more for corporate up in NC. The employee Casey was always very meticulous about prep and administration of pest control. Heather was also good about scheduling around our timing. We were happy with value pest until management from NC got involved. Last year our service cost doubled. That was a lot but we stayed with them. Then this year out of the blue another pest company sent us a invoice for services since they took over VP. The remaining prepaid service with the new company never happened.
