Can never get anyone to answer the phone even when you’re sitting outside 30 minutes past your appointment time. I’ve called 6 times since 8 am this morning and yet to get any answer! I need my dogs in!!!help!
Wouldn’t recommend, they will try to rip you off
RecommendedI am new in town and I had tried another vet a couple of months ago but my pets seem to love the staff here. Briana and the doc were super nice and knowledgeable.
Never had any Problems ' always was treated nice got a good Doctor' never had to wait long' Prizes are reasonable.
They have always helped me even when i didnt have the money to pay they still some how saved my baby from parvo. They are really nice people. Waiting room is a little small but they have always gotten me in fast and taken care of us.
So, yes I arrived early for my appointment 40 minutes to be exact. I sat there for 40 minutes before anyone even acknowledged the 4 other pets that were sitting in the Lobby waiting, 3 of which had been there at least 30 minutes. We had a 2:00 appointment and was told it would be awhile, while they are waiting for one to come out anesthesia....FOR A NAIL CLIPPING! After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time after arriving 10 minutes early with my cat, dog and getting no customer service, they try to charge me 90$ for a 30$ visit. They updated my pets shots after I made an appointment for rabies vaccines only and even clarified that’s why I was there when I saw they had multiple syringes on the table. Another and my last bad experience there. All future visits will be @ Beasley Spay & Nuter Clinic, they rock!
