Management is great very friendly and staff is awesome
Everything in the room was broken, staff was unprofessional, rude and seemingly purposefully unavailable. The Showerhead was broken, the pullout couch was still covered in plastic, the entire roomsmelled like mildew, the bathroom had bugs in it every time we walked in, the blinds didn't work, the microwave was dead and the TV was blurry to the point of it being unwatchable. Worst hotel ive stayed a my fault for booking it w out looking at reviews, room or floor smelled like old paint lobby smelled like chemicals and bleach hall smells like old food, i stayed 30 minutes and showered and the 400 pound woman in the lobby wouldnt give me my money back because 'i already showered'. Black hair on everything, looks like it used to be old college dorms.
