Do not stay here. “I should sleep in my car” was a thought at one point. From the start, there’s a lot of loitering around the property, especially from people across the street at Circle K. The Front desk girl was very inhospitable and rude. As if I was an annoyance for opening the door to check in. The front desk also smelled like cigarettes. This hotel is very dirty, the hallways and elevators has foul smell, and in rooms the appliances are very old, the furnitures are dusty, floor is sticky, very unclean room. I am very disappointed with the staff Naisha who checked us in, I felt like there was little sense of responsibility or professionalism during the check-in process, which set a negative tone for the rest of my stay. I wish I had an option to mark it as a zero review.
Very great location for traveling, work related purposes, or potential housing . The staff members are SUPER friendly ☺️. The front desk clerk Mike is very outstanding, he’s super polite, very helpful in any way, and also patient with guests. I highly recommend staying at this location.
Micheal has excellent customer service & hospitality skills…He goes above and beyond to satisfy the guests concerns or needs.
Mike checked us in he was super helpful and awesome to chat with hotel itself is okay definitely a mildew smell throughout the hotel but the service form employees was great
