I regret booking this place for an entire nine nights. The room has black mold, everything looks a hot mess because it is either broken, scraped or chipped. It smells so disgusting, on the first day I started getting sick from the smell. It's so unfair that the cheaper hotel I booked (that I expected to be terrible) was so much better than this mess, I feel like my hard earned money went to waste! What a way to end my 4 year journey here in Tallahassee.
I do not recommend this Extended Stay America location. I was charged $1,800 per month while long-term residents told me they pay around $1,100. For that price, I expected a clean, well-maintained hotel, but instead found roaches in my room, housekeeping only once every two weeks, and poor customer service. When I questioned the cleaning schedule, the front desk's response was dismissive and unprofessional. Front desk associate was nice polite and checked us in with no problem.The bed felt like sleeping on bricks I imagine.
