I stayed here for about 6 weeks for my summer internship in Tallahassee. Upon checking in I had to switch rooms three times. First room the toilet didn't work. Second room was filthy and had dead bugs in it. Third room was dirty still but a bit cleaner then the second room but it had a broken table which I had to replace with the one from the previous room myself.
