Buyer Beware!!! We ordered what we thought was a nice entertainment center from VCF Aurora at a reasonable price and even paid additional for professional delivery. the first time they kept us waiting with no communication and arrived an hour later than scheduled with damaged furniture. Disappointed, but willing to try again... we scheduled a second delivery only to have the team show up 45 minutes late with more damaged merchandise. UUUGGGHHH!!! Never again. First of all they said this pledder is stonger than leather......not....Then when I got the couch it was the wrong one. I did not want the hideaway. Said they would get back to me.......never.....Then the chair burned out. at 1 am woke up to my 14 yr old dog standing over me barking. Chair was smoking. The couch is all peeled and it took me 3 yrs to save up and cost me 1200. I'm disabled and older. All I wanted was comfortable furniture..
Terrible quality furniture. Our sectional broke within the 1 year warranty and now is falling apart after 15 months. Sharp pieces coming up from the base and are ripping apart our cushions. Of course there is nothing they could do. We expected more than a year use for over $2000.
The worst customer service ever ...I went in 2 buy a bed Pat the sales associate was very rude ...she seemed prejudice ....she told me if I was serious she would write it up but u seem 2 like your playing ...I'm like wow .... I've been waiting 2 receive my furniture for 3 weeks 2 deliveries have been rescheduled one because something on the footboard was broken ...and now they never called told me my delivery window and so they reschedule. ..WHAT

Seriously, this was one of my best experiences. All of the associates asked me if i needed help yet gave me space to shop, the prices were reasonable, beautiful furniture. My sales representative Carolina was a huge help and such a sweetie. On top of the experience, i got free delivery and set up because i spent over $1000. I was so.skeptical bc they had a 3rd party delivery team and I've had horrible experiences before, but my delivery was on time and the guys were great. Thank you Carolina and VCF. I will be back :)
Please don't buy any items in this store. Customer service is not good. After they sold, they don't care about you and your items. Please this is my experience. So please don't choose this store. Please please. My rating will be -1.
