Colleen was so friendly and helpful in answering my questions. She seems to be very knowledgeable in checking on furniture prices and delivery dates. Will definitately be going to Value city furniture and asking for Colleen to help me again.
I have been a Value City customer for over 5 years now. I had a credit line with them and I have furnished my home with their furniture over and over. I will never ever buy again from Value City Furniture, and I will always suggest to people to never purchase from this cheap quality, horrible customer service, overpriced company. Horrible experience! Would not recommend. Save your time and money!! Purchased bedroom set in September they said it would be all be available in November. They called me in November and only had the dresser. Said everything else would be in a week. They called me and said it was in and ready for pick up we set a date it was only the chest when I arrived. It’s now December... Been buying furniture here from Dave Turnauer for a few years. Great service and great furniture
Im really dissapointed because I waited one month for the delivery but only half of the furniture arrived and it was in bad condition. When I went to costumer service the general mánager was mean.

The Aurora, IL has the worst service. We have been waiting since the beginning of September to get all of our furniture. We have had multiple deliveries always sending out damaged pieces then items getting discontinued. I would never buy anything from them again. The store manager has never called us back.
