Horrible service . Sent a tech to my house almost 2 months ago . I was told they would order new cushions for me . I called to confirm and was told it would be 4-6 weeks . After checking to get a status, customer service said they were never ordered . Finally told by the parts guy that my cushions were definitely ordered and they should be there in 2 weeks. I called on Monday to get an update , messages were left with the parts guy and manager , but still no call back . I just tried calling now and the phone is just ringing ... read more
Only sales and service sucks.. I will never go back here damages in delivery done by their own folks are not being owned up after taking a handsome amount for delivery.. very frustrating experience which I don't want any of my friends to go thru
