customer service needs to be better. we spend over $3000 on furniture and had issues with each piece. called in about it and the lady gave me an attitude.

I LOVE the sofa I got from Value City, however I was suppose to get 2, and only 1 was delivered. It will be almost 3 weeks before I get the other one. Although I just ordered it online and it will be here in 4 days. What the heck? I am not happy with the service or the resolution to solve the problem, it seems to be just an "oh, well" approach, with a sorry for the inconvenience!
