I called to ask how long it can take to create a report after a validator visit. They respond "unable to discuss anything", even though I am asking about standard time, not a particular job. After the report arrived, the valuator compared 353m2 home ($3'068m2) with 250m2 home as almost the same and ended with $4'398m2 for the smaller house (disregards the size of the home and land shape (square vs. triangle, dividable vs. non-dividable). Promised 3 weeks to do commercial valuation. Actually took them 7 weeks. They never call in advance to let me know they would be late. Was always up to me to call them just to receive excuse after excuse for broken promises. They asked for more information and documents from me at week six when they had promised to have the completed valuation back to me week 3. Their valuation proved to be materially wrong two months after completing it when I sold building for 30% more than their valuation. Waste of time and money getting ... read more
