Promised 3 weeks to do commercial valuation. Actually took them 7 weeks. They never call in advance to let me know they would be late. Was always up to me to call them just to receive excuse after excuse for broken promises. They asked for more information and documents from me at week six when they had promised to have the completed valuation back to me week 3. Their valuation proved to be materially wrong two months after completing it when I sold building for 30% more than their valuation. Waste of time and money getting ... read more
