I normally don’t say anything negative but customer beware. 4w later and the appraisal is very basic most of the 12p report is pre-filled details, I received 3 versions (the first had the property 10km closer to cbd than it actually is and copy and pasted incorrect from the realestate ad about structures and buildings not on the property anymore) , the second and third have details in a paragraph which are scanty at best and definitely not going to be useful in mediation. Initially, they got the land size wrong, which affected the valuation. However, after providing them with the correct documents, they dealt with their mistake professionally and respectfully and amended the report. I am very happy with the service.

Appalling! Save your money a go elsewhere. Believe ALL the 1 star comments! This is 100% real and NOT fabricated. Poor communication, poor service, report received very late, highly unrealistic report, poor management.
Never got so much spam email in my life
