I have found him to be a totally knowledgeable resource---He has helped me when I have been assessing the value of an unusual property to list, on values of vacant lots in highly desirable areas (with no comps), and just recently to aid our sellers on an appraisal that came back $20,000 less than it should have, when the house 2 doors down with 500 square feet less, same model, and less upgrades is closing for exactly what our purchase price was.
