My van broke down on a Saturday just outside of Chiefland, FL while towing a popup camper back to Tampa, loaded with camping gear, the family and a dog. All the staff at Val's were very helpful. they helped us find a towing service, stored our camper, identified the root cause of the breakdown and performed the repairs for a fair price.
Val’s auto shop couldn’t diagnose a bad fuel filter. Even Val’s wife thinks the employees are incompetent because she wanted me to put it in writing and agree that that’s not all that could be wrong with my car. At first they said it was the fuel filter then they said I need a whole fuel pump assembly. I took it to Kia and they replaced it the fuel filter for free with an extended warranty because of a lawsuit that settled for the faulty fuel pumps and filters. Recently had rear shocks replaced on 2012 Fiat, job well done. Over the years, we've had several repairs made to Fiat and 2018 Ford 150. Always done well.
